This bilingual podcast features Marcelo Castro, a fourth generation cheese maker and owner of La Cava de Marcelo located at Rancho la Campana in Ojos Negros, Baja, California. Marcelo talks about the history of La Cava de Marcelo, which is one of the oldest cheese caves in Mexico.

At the top of that list was the legendary Tru Miller of Adobe Guadalupe. In this episode, Tru shares the 22 year story of Adobe Guadalupe, how she selected the land, her first winemaker and agronomer, and her love for Valle de Guadalupe.
